About The Well
Founded by Caleb and Katherine Bautista, theWELL Hospitality Co. is rooted in a simple belief: the most meaningful gatherings begin with thoughtful hospitality.
Through mobile bartending, private dining experiences, event hospitality, and theWELL Quarterly, we celebrate the art of gathering well while honoring the people, places, and traditions that make our community so special.
Born and raised in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, we’re proud to serve the place we’ve always called home. Our work is inspired by the farmers, ranchers, fishermen, vintners, chefs, florists, artisans, and local families whose dedication to their craft shapes the way our community gathers around the table. Their stories—and the farm-to-table spirit that defines this region—continue to inspire everything we do.
