What is a dry hire bartending service?

As a dry hire bartending company, we provide the professional bartenders, bar service, beverage expertise, and hospitality while you purchase the alcohol for your event.

This allows you the flexibility to select your own beverages while we ensure they’re served with professionalism and thoughtful care.


Do you offer alcohol-free options?

Absolutely.

Our Signature Beverage Experiences feature handcrafted mocktails, specialty sodas, infused waters, fresh lemonades, and seasonal refreshments that are thoughtfully designed for guests of every age.

Many of our clients choose to include both alcoholic and non-alcoholic offerings so every guest feels considered.


Can you create a custom drink menu?

Yes. Every gathering is unique, and your beverage menu should reflect that.

We’ll work with you to create signature cocktails, mocktails, seasonal beverages, or custom refreshments that complement your celebration and create a memorable experience for your guests.

Hospitality extends far beyond serving drinks.

Depending on your event, Event Hospitality may include welcoming guests, beverage service, maintaining refreshment stations, assisting with event flow, coordinating alongside vendors, and tending to the thoughtful details that help your gathering feel effortless.

How far do you travel?

The Well Hospitality Co. proudly serves Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, and surrounding communities throughout Southern California.

If your event is outside our standard service area, we’d be happy to discuss travel accommodations.


How far in advance should we book?

We recommend reaching out as soon as you’ve secured your event date.

Popular weekends—particularly during wedding season—tend to book well in advance. Early inquiries allow us to thoughtfully plan every detail and ensure availability.


Are you licensed and insured?

Yes.

The Well Hospitality Co. maintains the appropriate business licensing and insurance required to professionally serve our clients. Certificates of Insurance can be provided upon request if required by your venue.


Do you provide the alcohol?

No.

As a dry hire bartending service, clients purchase and provide the alcohol for their event. We’re happy to offer guidance on quantities, selections, and shopping recommendations during the planning process.


Can you work alongside our planner, caterer, or venue?

Absolutely.

We enjoy collaborating with planners, caterers, venues, and other creative partners to ensure every aspect of your event feels cohesive and thoughtfully executed.
